Artificial Sweetener

Not feeling that great emotionally, so I thought I'd at least go out to get some fresh air when it was time for the 103 to come around. As is often the case, a menacing cloud front was slowly approaching, surely about to block the sun just when the train appears on the horizon. But behold, the train beat the clouds by a few minutes! Though as you may have found out, there was no 103 hauling IC 118 this time. No idea why, since I haven't followed the latest news on DSO or elsewhere. And while I do like the 120, it's not exactly what I was expecting. Like getting Coke Zero even though you wanted proper Coke.

Still, I thought it's a nice enough picture to upload. Nothing spectacular, but hey, I at least used a slightly different perspective instead of going for my usual photo spot.

Also, I started using Windows 7 by now, which had been sitting on my drive as an unused secondary OS for two years. Highly annoying of you're a die-hard XP fanatic like me, but in light of possible security risks, I don't seem to have a choice. Not sure whether the colour is off or not, as Photoshop told me that my monitor's colour profile is defective. Set a different one now, but still thought to have seen some subtle difference in saturation and hue when comparing photos opened in Photoshop and Firefox. So if you feel that my colours are wonky, do tell, there might still be an issue.
