Description
I wanted to submit something from my Budapest mini-tour that wasn't solely interesting for railfans, but also offered some views that can be generally considered unusual or interesting. I apparently shot this just at the right moment to catch some neat reflection in the driver's window as an EvA type train was pulling out of Pillangó utca.
If you don't know why I call them beasts, check out the two videos I linked in the description of my most faved deviation: [link] Extremely noisy, but also extremely reliable and long lasting, some over 40 years old. Sadly, new trains by Alstom are already being tested, and you probably don't have to ask me to realize that I consider them to be rather ugly and unfitting... Yeah, they have better acceleration, don't hog up that much power, have AC etc. but replacing these oldschool rides with a white plastic train isn't really that cool...
Anyone interested in some more shots from the Budapest Metró? Or should I leave it at that?

I love these USSR trains so much I'm from Hungary, Budapest. These metro trains are very strong and indestructible . I barely get the new Alstrom metro trains approx five years and all could be dead. These monsters are nearly 40 years old and still running. Sometimes they caught a fire but that cause the bad maintenance in the garage.
