Here it is, the pic from today's tour that I was really satisfied with, I hope you all like it as much as I do

Download for larger size, as always. I tried to accomplish the same effect as on this old pic here:
[link] Incorporating reflections can make so much more of a pic, and I think this one came out quite neat, though the puddle could have been larger or course

The photo was taken right next to the station Leverkusen - Opladen, but no, this isn't the Bender! These engines are owned by a private company, the Die-Lei-GmbH, that carries out maintenance work on the tracks. They also own this old V60D that still uses a coupling rod to power the axles
[link] The engines we see here are V100, except for the one in the middle that was made by Vossloh, and like the V60, were built in the GDR.
So, what do you think? When I was shooting this, with my battery that I charged overnight almost empty again, and the card almost full, I saw the light, and the puddle, and the entire composition, and just thought "This is it!". I finally felt like I've shot something nice for quite a long time somehow, at least in the train sector of my photos

the warmth colors on the train add more to the photo
Have a nice day!
Jonas
Glad you liked it!
AND a great reflection shot.
Doesn't get much better than this!
Did you end up lying on the ground for this one? Or...wait...you have that Gorillapod or whatever right? That makes it much easier! LOL
At least you got the shot before the battery died!
I had to crouch down between two parked cars, with my back up against one of them, trying to keep the bumper of the other one out of the pic
