Thanks to , I shot this in raw format, allowing me to adjust a great many things, my favourite tool this far being fill light. Normally, I'd either overexpose the sky, but have good lighting on the undercarriage, or have the picture as such exposed just right, with too many details getting lost in the shadows. I hope you can forgive a little editing.

As far as the engine is concerned, what more can I say than this being the most famed workhorse that the DB ran into the ground by cutting maintenance costs (read: not maintaining them properly, until they broke down). The class 103, a six axle high speed beauty with ten thousand horses under the hood, though you could even squeeze out 16k for a short time if you're good... I just love the looks of this machine, powerful and graceful at the same time.
