Hurr... ICE in snow! :bucktooth:

Panning shot of a class 403 EMU, taken at the S-Bahn station Leverkusen-Rheindorf. A very boring place, but as the description of this photo shows, it offers some rather dynamic views.

The idea for the colour key came from none other than =o-l-pixel, expert on colour keys involving ICE trains.

It's a great comfortable train, and I could not stop me from commenting to a fellow passenger that they used the speaker system to apologize no less than five times for being just some minute late. :iconhumlaplz:

It is very comfortable indeed! :) But DB has a reputation for being late, most people would consider a delay of a few minutes as normal these days. :XD: Though that also depends on which parts of Germany you're in.

Yes one hardly feel the speed at all.
And yes I thought of that few minutes as something regular also, it were on the line between Köln and Nürnberg which perhaps have retained a bit of better timing than elsewhere.

Great shot. I would prefer a smaller detail (there is so much empty space at the left and the bottom area of the picture) but that's a matter of taste.

Thanks for the feedback! I usually like to zoom in on subjects, but something must've made me use a wider crop here. Don't remember why though... Perhaps to show off the snow we had for once. :XD:

Excellent shot! :D Snow is ice, ICE is a white train, snow is white, all fits perfectly! :D [Even though "ICE" means "InterCity Express", if I'm not mistaken]. :)
