Making an Entrance

Description

I couldn't believe my luck, a good old class 110 with the ridge running down the cab, or as some of you may already know the official nickname "Bügelfalte" :D

I think the light nicely accents that little design element that made this type something unique among all the simple "box" cab designs that look pretty much the same.

The skilled observer will have already noticed that high speed InterCity carriages don't seem all that fitting for such an old engine, having been built in 1968. However, many of the IC carriages are quite old as well, so it might just be fitting after all, considering that depending on the type of trucks installed, the carriages aren't allowed to go much faster than the engine's top speed would permit anyways.

Ah, the charter train that ~ZCochrane was talking about. Was it top and tailed by 110s or just the one?
