110 402 soldiers on, hauling the rush hour booster train on a rather miserable overcast day. Built in 1966, she's probably on one of her last deadline extensions, having only months to live before being sent off to the scrapyard. This was actually the first time in weeks that I managed to catch a 110 in front of this train, as it's hauled by a 111 much more often these days. And yes, I do realize that the quality is not so good, and that it was taken at one of my extremely overused photo spots...




So the only excuse I have is that this once everyday sight has turned into a rare one.

And in the near future, it will probably disappear altogether. :(

Als ich mich letzten Mittwoch mit :iconjsh50: getroffen hatte, hat eine 110 mit einer 115 und einigen IC-Wagen im Schlepp in Bremen gehalten. :D

I bet there aren't too many countries that made trains in 1966 that are still daily running around?
