Symmetry and Rarity

Tram and bus terminus Hüvösvölgy, a good looking place indeed. Back when I was a kid, this station was just a reversing loop with two crumbling platforms, so not really something to brag about. But a few years ago, the loop was demolished, the line was extended a bit, and received this newly constructed station with a beautiful pavilion. It's a pity that hordes of homeless bums love to hang around here, spoiling the sight (and smell).

I originally just went for the nice symmetry of the crossover switch in the foreground. But a Hungarian friend informed me that I had captured something uber-rare, namely an original, un-renovated Tatra T5C5 on the line 61. That is normally serviced exclusively by modernized stock, recognizable by the dot matrix destination displays. Furthermore, the windscreen wipers of the modernized train are the only ones of their kind I've seen. Most trains have the type that's seen on the lefthand one, while recently upgraded ones received a new single-arm wiper. But this different type of double arm wipers? First time I've seen those. ~ZCochrane suggested that they may have tested different wiper types before selecting one, so this might have been a testbed vehicle at some point in time.
